Traditional Camping

A popular way to enjoy the full Event is to book on to our Campsite. Situated just a stone’s throw from the main Event site, the Campsite accommodates any type of camping accommodation and provides toilet and shower facilities from Tuesday 9 June. Our friendly Caravan Stewards are on hand to check you in and help wherever possible.

Each camper receives a camping pack on arrival, with event passes and an information booklet (also available to download in advance).

• Season Camping: open from 12:00 noon Tuesday 9 June until 12:00 noon Monday 15 June.
• Weekend Camping: entry from 4:00 pm on Friday 12 June. Spaces tend to sell out before the event, we strongly recommend booking early.

Glamping

We’re pleased to offer a Glamping option this year, via our local partner The Glamping Group.

• Glamping provides a pre-pitched tent, allowing attendees to enjoy the event without the hassle of bringing or pitching their own.
• Various options are available from an empty tent to a luxury package including rungs, flowers, mirror cushions, ear plugs and eye mask. You can select packages to suit your budget and add beds, bedding and towels as required.
• Glamping prices include the tent for two or three nights, with no additional charges.
• Important Note: Glamping packages do not include Event admission tickets; you must purchase camping passes separately via our Box Office.

Rules

• Open campfires are strictly prohibited.
• Small disposable or gas BBQs are allowed and must be 12″ off the ground, with a powder fire extinguisher on hand. Gas cylinders must be upright and correctly fixed.
• Generators must be properly earthed, with cables secured under restrainers; external cabling sockets must use blue external fittings (no old white 3-pin sockets).
• Camping tickets are sold per pitch (minimum payable per pitch even if only one person stays). If more than one person shares a pitch, additional “extra person” tickets are required. Only one vehicle per pitch.
