These classes will take place on Friday, in the TopSpec Arena and are very popular classes for competitors and spectators alike. It is a great place to spot horses who may well be future Bramham Champions!

This competition is for 4 and 5 year old horses to showcase their potential for future success in eventing. With age appropriate tasks to include a dressage test, show jump and cross country round, and a gallop for the 5 year olds. The judges aim is to reward those that are most suited and of correct confirmation with a focus on career longevity, as well as success. All phases take place in one arena, which makes for excellent viewing.

Conditions 2025

1. Horses must not exceed 148cm without shoes

2. Age: Open to horses born in 2020 (5 year olds) & 2021 (4 year olds)

3. Saddlery: (warm-up and competition): tack as per British Eventing Rules for Novice Dressage -snaffle bridle only, see website
www.britisheventing.com. Running martingale only and front boots are optional for sections I, II and III. However, NO hind boots or
bandages of any kind may be worn in the collecting ring, warm-up area or actual class. Jumping whip only allowed (max length
75cm). 

4. Dress: As for British Eventing Novice Dressage Test/Hunting Dress. British Eventing/BHS approved hat and harness to be worn for all
sections. 

5. Vaccinations: ALL horses must have a valid certificate of vaccination against Equine Influenza, to be in accordance with the FEI Rules. Random Passport checking will be carried out on event. 

6. Balloting: In the event of over subscription, entries received for horses that have already qualified for the Final will be balloted first. 

7. Start Times: Available on Eventing Scores, you MUST print your number from Eventing scores pre-event
