Booking Information

A number of rooms have been reserved for Bramham Horse Trials guests and will be held until six weeks prior to the first arrival date. After this time, any unsold rooms will be released without charge, and any further accommodation required will be offered at the hotel’s best available selling rates.

To book within the allocation, guests must call the hotel directly and quote “Bramham Allocation”. A credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation, and guests are responsible for all charges relating to their stay.

Individual room cancellations must be made by 3pm on the day prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges.
