A popular way to enjoy the full extent of the Event is to book on to our Campsite.
Situated a stone’s throw away from the main Event site, the Campsite is suitable for any type of camping accommodation and has toilet and shower facilities from Tuesday 9th June. Our friendly Caravan Stewards are on hand to check you in, and help you wherever possible.
A camping pack will be provided to all campers upon arrival, containing passes to the event and an information booklet. For those who wish to download and read the information in advance, it is available to download below.Bramham Camping Info Booklet 2020
The camp site is open from 12 noon on Tuesday 4th June until 12 noon on Monday 12th June for those who book Season Camping tickets. If you’d just like to come for the weekend, you can book Weekend Camping tickets which allow entry from 4pm on Friday 12th June – but please note that these do tend to sell out prior to the Event, so it’s always best to buy your tickets in advance.
Unfortunately there won’t be a mobile shop this year as it hasn’t been used enough in the past to make it viable. The nearest shop is the Bramham Post Office situated in Bramham village, and is approximately two miles away.
We cannot allow camp fires as the risks involved are too great. Small disposable, or gas BBQ’s are allowed, provided the person has a Powder Extinguisher to hand to put out a gas fire. Any gas cylinder must be secured in an upright position, so that it cannot fall over. The cylinder must also be attached to the pipe work by a proper fitting.
Please be considerate with the use of your generators, your neighbour might be in a tent! Generators must be properly earthed if they have equipment attached to them. The fittings must be properly fixed, and the cables held under cable restrainers. If the generator is stored outside, the use of the old white 3 pin socket is no longer allowed and must be replaced by the proper blue external fittings.
Camping tickets are booked in pairs and the price shown is the minimum payable per pitch (even if only one person is to occupy the pitch). Should there be more of you in the party sharing one pitch, please ensure that you purchase ‘extra person’ camping tickets – max four people per pitch (any more, and an additional pitch will be required. Please note that there is only one vehicle permitted per pitch.
