Can I buy a ticket on the gate?

General admittance tickets can be bought on the gate, and there is no limit in number. A limited amount of Member’s upgrade tickets will be available to purchase from the Organiser’s Office once inside the event.

Do I have to pay for parking?

Parking is NOT INCLUDED with advance tickets.  Parking costs £5 per day when booked in advance and £18 for the whole event in advance, or £12 per car per day when buying on the gate. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU PURCHASE PARKING WITH YOUR ADVANCE TICKET TO AVOID BEING CHARGED THE FULL PRICE ON THE GATE. Please bear in mind that all parking is on grass and the ground can be uneven so appropriate footwear is advised. Overnight parking/camping will not be permitted in any car park.

Can I pay by card on the gate?

The Online box office will remain open throughout the event, with prices changing to gate prices on event week. You can book your tickets via our online box office website before setting off for the event and have your tickets ready for scanning on your phone/device at the gate. There will be no ability to pay by cash on the gate but there will be options to make card payments on the gate.

Will I still be able to enter the event if I forget my ticket?

If you forget to bring (or lose) your ticket you will be asked to pay the full on-gate ticket price, or be turned away. No refunds will be made for tickets bought to replace lost/forgotten tickets.

Can you refund my ticket if I can no longer come to the event?

Unfortunately no refunds are due once tickets have been purchased. Our refund policy is clearly stated on our website, which were agreed to when you purchased your ticket.

What is the difference between a Member’s ticket and a normal ticket?

Buying a Member’s ticket will allow you access to the exclusive Member’s Bar situated next to the Defender Arena. For further details please click here.

Please note, Parking is not included in a members ticket so this will need to be purchased separately.

Opening Times

Public admittance to the event will be allowed from 7.00 am onwards. The event will run until the day of competition is over, normally around 6.00 pm. On Friday, late night shopping starts at 4pm in which you can get access to the event FREE OF CHARGE until 8pm. The last entry to late night shopping is 7pm.

Running Orders

Running orders will be available to collect from the Organiser’s Office after each day of competition. We please ask that you consider the environment before taking a sheet, and if you do decide to take one, please leave a minimum of 50p donation in our charity box.

What to Wear

There is no dress code, but considering that the event runs come rain or shine – remember to bring a rain coat, wellies and sun cream!! The event site is spread over a large area, and the terrain is uneven in places so please ensure that you wear suitable footwear.

Directions and Transport

The post code for Bramham Park is LS23 6ND. The event will be sign posted from the A1. Please observe all signs that are in place to direct traffic to the correct entrance of the Park, rather than relying on sat nav. Please click here for full Directions and Maps to plan your journey.

Can I buy food and drink at the event?

In the main event area there will be a variety of take-away food outlets and seating. Plated sandwiches and salads can be purchased from the Member’s Bar, and the Member’s Bistro serves slightly more formal plated meals, with the option of three courses. Please note that all tables are operated on a first come, first served basis.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

You are very welcome to bring your own food and drink, and picnic around the Park. The only exception is in the Member’s areas where only food purchased from there can be consumed. Please remember to put your litter in the bins provided, or take it home with you

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are very welcome so long as you ensure that they are well behaved, on a short lead at all times, and poo bags are used to clear up any mess (please dispose of these bags in one of the many bins around site). Any owner and their dog found to be causing a nuisance may be asked to leave with no re-entry permitted. Dogs should not be left unattended in vehicles under any circumstances.

Do you have a dog crèche?

We do not have a dog creche.

Venue accessibility at Bramham International Horse Trials

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

Due to uneven and in parts steep terrain of the Event site, it may be at times difficult for disabled spectators to move around freely and easily. As a result of this, travel to certain areas of the Event site may not be suitable for those who suffer from impaired mobility or for those who have certain medical conditions.

Do you have a disabled car park?

We do have a limited number of disabled parking spaces, though we cannot allocate any spaces in advance. Upon arrival at the event, please follow signs to the Disabled entrance. You may be asked to show your blue badge upon arrival at the car park, so please have it ready.

I have a broken leg, can I park in the disabled car park?

Guests who have broken limbs and other walking impairments are welcome to go to the Disabled car park upon arrival and explain their situation. Unfortunately, due to lack of space we cannot guarantee you will be allocated a space.

Will you have disabled toilets?

Yes, disabled toilets will be available in the car park and behind the Organiser’s Office.

Are mobility scooters available?

Mobility Charitable Trust will be providing electric scooters and manual wheelchairs for the use of disabled, elderly and mobility impaired visitors to the Event. They request a donation for an electric scooter, and for a manual wheelchair. The charity operates from the generosity of donations and any further contribution would be greatly appreciated. They can be found at the front of the Disabled Car Park. For further information please see the Event Mobility website [www.eventmobility.org.uk] or telephone them on 01386 725391
